Our Story

In 2011, Dr. Vivian Bradley was recruited to move to Texas to start a nursing program after serving for many years as a Family Nurse Practitioner and Nurse Educator. After successfully starting two nursing programs and serving as a Chief Nursing Officer, she decided to form Bradley Higher Education in 2019. Due to COVID-19, she was unable start her first class in 2020. In 2021, she was approached by Sacramento Theological Seminary and Bible College to start a nursing school. Due to Texas State regulations, STSBC was not able to form a nursing school. In 2024, Dr. Vivian Bradley joined with Dr, Biola Rotibi to open Texas Metropolitan Health Institute where it plans to launch it first online class in 2025.
